We are now accepting reservations for wine & food experiences hosted by our incredible winemakers and the Rolling Hills Estate Winery team. Savor limited allotment artisanal wines as our team takes you on a journey of the Champlain Valley of New York AVA, the grapes of this region, farm-fresh fare and an unforgettable experience. Our guests will have the unique opportunity to purchase wines to enjoy at home with family and friends.

World-class chef, Vittorio Lanni, who is noted in both the food & wine industries, creates extraordinary dishes that are served in the finest restaurants in the world. This outdoor dinner under the Tasting Barn eves will have you laughing and meeting new friends under the beautiful Adirondack stars. Fireside Sipping

Tour our original one-acre vineyard just steps from the firepit and learn about how these vines played a key role in the start of the Champlain Valley of NY AVA.

From Vine to Vat

Here, our team will show you what really goes on in the world of winemaking. You will learn how wine is made and how winemaking is an art form from start to finish.
